The day was less about commemoration than recognition that the industry's diversity work happens through events like these, person by person and conversation by conversation. 国際女性デーを記念して、Open iT フィリピンの女性社員5名が、「Women Techmakers Manila」というイベントに参加することが決まりました。3月8日に開催されたGoogle Developers Group (GDG) Philippines主催のイベント「Engineering the Future」に、5人の女性社員が選ばれました。このイベントはGlobe Corporate Showroomで開催され、成功した女性テクノロジーリーダーに関するインスピレーションに満ちた講演、パネルディスカッション、体験型ワークショップが行われました。
