When Open iT's Philippines team boarded buses for their annual company outing, the agenda wasn't a corporate retreat in the usual sense — it was an obstacle course, group activities, an excursion, and a seminar designed to send people back to their desks recharged. Open iT treats teamwork as something built deliberately rather than assumed: morale, motivation, trust, and the everyday workplace relationships that make organizational development actually happen. The outing is a small, visible piece of a larger argument about why culture work pays off.
Open iT, Inc., PH office. It was the time to put down our headsets, take a break from our keyboards and mouse — to be refreshed, recharged and to foster strong teams throughout the organization. This was yet another memorable day for everyone, as we had a successful company outing at Grand Villa Resort and Butterfly Garden in Laguna. The schedule was jam-packed with fun group activities. Everyone had an adrenaline rush while doing the obstacle course. It was an exhilarating and worthwhile experience. In addition to our various excursions, we also had an inspirational seminar led by Dorcas Baligod, one of our sales representatives.
Open iT knows that the successful development and proper functioning of any organization is largely dependent on morale, motivation, and trust. This is the core principle that drives Open iT to continuously promote such activities — to help employees improve working relationships and overcome communication barriers within the workplace. Open iT is committed to creating a good and healthy environment for its employees.
